NARA has over 10 years of experience with international and United States breeders in potted plants, cut flowers and the expanding garden plant market. We represented the popular Belgian Mums® in the United States since their beginning in 1996, both as a marketing partner and handling contracts, patents and trademarks. We are horticulturists and professionals in the field of assisting plant breeders. Enthusiasm for plants and a commitment to professional assistance to breeders are the core of our business. Our clients come from all over the world and we represent hundreds of varieties, in all market categories. We have licensed varieties in the United States, Canada and South America. Reasonable rates and professionalism are offered to all of our clients. Due to the different needs of plant breeders, we do not list a standard fee for collections and royalties, only for patent and trademark filing. Please do not hesitate to ask for a quote based on your specific needs. We can assist from the very beginning, or with varieties already in the market. Below is a list of our standard fees for patent and trademark filing. We understand and know firsthand how expensive legal fees can be and how quickly they can add up.
